The story
What they wanted
Generic content competes with the whole country. Jeff and Lane wanted content built for Colorado Springs, military housing and PCS relocations included, that would bring relocating buyers to the team.
What Halo created
Halo built themorrellgroup.org and three listing sites with films, rewrote a drafted post specifically for Colorado Springs, and keeps local real-estate posts, an events blog and Banning Lewis Ranch updates publishing every week. Buyers who write in reach the team directly; six inquiries arrived between July 26 and August 19.
What happened
That one local post, published to Google Business, Facebook and LinkedIn, brought a $1M Miami buyer, and Jeff reported Google calls had tripled (August 20). The next stretch brought five leads in a week, including a $1.2M California buyer relocating within about a month (August 28).

How we estimate this

Estimates, not invoices. Rates are low-end market rates: authority site $3,000 (quoted $3,000–6,000), single-property site $300, listing film $400, graphic $75, webmaster retainer $1,500/mo (quoted $500–2,500), copywriter $400/mo. Months on Halo are counted from the first project and rounded up; the Halo figure is $99 per month plus $99 per listing package. Time ≈ conservative do-or-brief hours per deliverable (authority site 6 h, listing site 2 h, film 2 h, graphic 30 min, edit 6 min), rounded down to the ten. Work counts are from Halo’s records as of Aug 30, 2026; nothing here is modeled or projected.

Methodology

Halo records are counts from Halo’s database as of Aug 30, 2026: sites, listing sites, films, edits by text, automations, graphics, custom domains and pages. Site log figures come from the sites’ own server log for Aug 16, 2026 – Aug 30, 2026: AI-crawler fetches are identified by user agent; visitor-days are counted only on hosts with visitor-level analytics, so custom-domain traffic behind an edge network is under-counted, never inflated. Customer-reported outcomes are the customer’s own words, attributed and dated, never modeled or projected; correlation is not claimed as causation. Site inquiries exclude the agent’s own tests, vendor pitches and form-fill bots; only the count and anonymised dates are shown.
