The story
What Craig wanted
Sellers who have lived through a failed listing want to know what happens after they sign, not just a number. Craig wanted a way to show the marketing before the listing agreement existed, and he wanted his own community to find him first.
What Halo created
Halo built the listing site before the appointment so the sellers could preview it, alongside two brand sites and three listing sites with films. It also rebuilt the Rydal-Meadowbrook Civic Association site, where Craig is the only Realtor listed, and keeps Abington Township news and Rydal events publishing on a schedule.
What happened
After a $1.65M attempt with another agent expired, the seller signed with Craig at $1.35M, and a $375K listing followed from the same materials (reported July 10). By August 6 he reported the civic-association site's findability score had gone from 39 to 98 in 48 hours, and other agents had started calling.

How we estimate this

Estimates, not invoices. Rates are low-end market rates: authority site $3,000 (quoted $3,000–6,000), single-property site $300, listing film $400, graphic $75, webmaster retainer $1,500/mo (quoted $500–2,500), copywriter $400/mo. Months on Halo are counted from the first project and rounded up; the Halo figure is $99 per month plus $99 per listing package. Time ≈ conservative do-or-brief hours per deliverable (authority site 6 h, listing site 2 h, film 2 h, graphic 30 min, edit 6 min), rounded down to the ten. Work counts are from Halo’s records as of Aug 30, 2026; nothing here is modeled or projected.

Methodology

Halo records are counts from Halo’s database as of Aug 30, 2026: sites, listing sites, films, edits by text, automations, graphics, custom domains and pages. Site log figures come from the sites’ own server log for Aug 16, 2026 – Aug 30, 2026: AI-crawler fetches are identified by user agent; visitor-days are counted only on hosts with visitor-level analytics, so custom-domain traffic behind an edge network is under-counted, never inflated. Customer-reported outcomes are the customer’s own words, attributed and dated, never modeled or projected; correlation is not claimed as causation. Site inquiries exclude the agent’s own tests, vendor pitches and form-fill bots; only the count and anonymised dates are shown.
