The story
What Bob wanted
Bob's theory: when someone asks an AI a question, the AI needs an actual answer to pull from. He wanted to write the answers, at a scale no copywriter budget would cover.
What Halo created
Halo built ten sites: robertmillaway.com with an Ask Bob section of 500-plus questions, HomeCircle Community with 1,000 more, five “Living in” town sites and three listing sites with films. Every question is its own page, and seven automations publish three times a week across the sites.
What happened
In the first week Bob reported about 300 of the 500 real-estate questions and 461 of the 1,000 community questions were being found by searchers (August 11). AI crawlers now read his sites more than any other in the fleet: 32,937 fetches in fifteen days.

Bob
In Bob’s words
I know that once it's up and running, it's really going to take off in the AEO world because it's all question-based.

How we estimate this

Estimates, not invoices. Rates are low-end market rates: authority site $3,000 (quoted $3,000–6,000), single-property site $300, listing film $400, graphic $75, webmaster retainer $1,500/mo (quoted $500–2,500), copywriter $400/mo. Months on Halo are counted from the first project and rounded up; the Halo figure is $99 per month plus $99 per listing package. Time ≈ conservative do-or-brief hours per deliverable (authority site 6 h, listing site 2 h, film 2 h, graphic 30 min, edit 6 min), rounded down to the ten. Work counts are from Halo’s records as of Aug 30, 2026; nothing here is modeled or projected.

Methodology

Halo records are counts from Halo’s database as of Aug 30, 2026: sites, listing sites, films, edits by text, automations, graphics, custom domains and pages. Site log figures come from the sites’ own server log for Aug 16, 2026 – Aug 30, 2026: AI-crawler fetches are identified by user agent; visitor-days are counted only on hosts with visitor-level analytics, so custom-domain traffic behind an edge network is under-counted, never inflated. Customer-reported outcomes are the customer’s own words, attributed and dated, never modeled or projected; correlation is not claimed as causation. Site inquiries exclude the agent’s own tests, vendor pitches and form-fill bots; only the count and anonymised dates are shown.
